Volunteers Needed
We are seeking volunteers to serve on our committees. Your credit union uses committees to develop programs and carry out special tasks. Some committees meet monthly, while others may meet quarterly. Committee assignments will be based on the time you have available, so if you have some time and expertise to contribute, please complete an information sheet and send it back to us.

Below are the list of committees and their meeting frequencies.
COMMITTEES
Personnel/Recruitment (Quarterly)
- Makes recommendations regarding employee staffing
- Makes recommendations on personnel policies and salaries
- Responsible for the recruitment of new volunteers
- Reviews and monitors step and bonus programs
Building/Lease (As Needed)
- Reviews the building's needs for maintenance and repairs
- Seeks and reviews bids as needed
- Responsible for leased portion of building and branch
Investments (Quarterly)
Annual Meeting/Nominating (Annual)
- Responsible for the Board of Directors elections
- Makes recommendations for candidates and terms of office
- Makes annual meeting arrangments including voting process
Asset Liability Management (ALM) (Quarterly)
- Responsible for the ALM program of the credit union
- Reviews reports such as matching of funds, gap report, rate shock, and "what if" reporting results of the BOD
- Makes recommendations on the dividend rates
Insurance (Annual)
- Reviews and audits, annually, the insurance policy of the credit union
- Checks that proper coverage's are being maintained
- Reviews and makes recommendations in regards to upgrades or new coverage that are offered
Supervisory (As Needed)
- Possess a basic understanding of financial statements
- Responsible for all required reviews and audits
- All other requirements as outlined in the Supervisory Manual
