Business Accounts would be offered to smaller businesses- DBA's, or Partnerships.  In order to establish membership- a share account would have to be opened and then a checking account could be opened.  A money market does not establish membership.

• A minimum balance of $100.00 is required and the business checking account does not pay a dividend.  If share type falls below the required minimum, a $7.00 fee (monthly) will be assessed.
• NSF/Stop Payment fee for the business checking account is $30.00.

Depending on the type of business you have the following forms may be needed in order to open the account:

1. A certified copy of either a DBA certificate, Certificate of Incorporation from NYS, Partnership Agreement or Corporate Resolution.
2. A letter stating that the business is viable within the area.
3. If the business is "incorporated" they must place their corporate seal on the document  signed to open the account.
4. If the business is a corporation, we need a corporate resolution by their Board of Directors authorizing the business to do business with the Credit Union.
5. Federal Tax ID#.
6. Government issued ID for individuals opening the account.

Your Credit Union shares are federally insured to $250,000.00
by the National Credit Union Administration, a U.S. Government Agency.
